As you can imagine, being in the support business of IT and technology as long as we have been (we're in our 33rd year as of 2021) and during this time we have gained massive experience with most systems involved with IT today.
If you are a customer you will be aware of our telephone line number for direct to engineer for current customers.
If you are not a current customer but just want technical support on your IT equipment we can still help, however that support carries a cost to resolve your problems.
If you just want to talk with us about your system and its operation and/or upgrade or repair in some way of course we will help and there's no cost for anything like that.
We only charge for support with companies that are not currently a customer of ours - and that's reasonable because we have to make money as a company.
These days we don't have to generally visit customer sites for many problems - we simply connect to your network and resolve the issues at hand. As a Microsoft dealer, we pride ourselves in solving most issues for users in this way and the reduced support costs (where chargeable) are always appreciated by our clients.
We can also offer advice regarding security with networking, servers etc. and how we sometimes see problems where a company has lost substantial money through scammers and only then contacted us - but often they never recover the money. If your company has potential to be scammed generally relating to internet then do contact us before you suffer in this way, it can be very expensive to pay the fees to those people - in fact from what we see we are substantially cheaper than that alternative. So do bear in mind that once they do gain from your company those people will target you again and again. We can help!
